Quality installations just don’t happen. They must be planned, practiced, and then executed by skilled mechanics. We have the most highly trained employees in the area, and continue to grow our expertise by participating in the state approved ABC (Associated Builders & Contractors) Apprentice Program.

This program is an in-depth, five years of training (in the classroom and on the job) under the direct supervision of Senior Mechanics.  All employees (field and office) attend a minimum of four training sessions a year to update them on the new equipment, technologies, and processes to improve quality and efficiencies.  This allows H.J. Faust, Inc. to continue its reputation of high quality service with an exceptional customer experience.
