Thanks to Jeff, Eric and Riley for the great job assessing, advising and installing my heating system. They all were very informative, professional, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. My furnace went out in the recent cold snap. I called H.J.Faust and they came right out, and we’re able to install my new furnace the very next day. I would definitely give the whole experience a top rating. The furnace works great!
Eric arrived promptly and provided a thorough inspection of our dryer duct. He answered our questions regarding the materials to be used and how the job would be completed. He was very easy to talk with about the project. We appreciated his personable and professional approach to the job. We found him to be very trustworthy.
Our service tech Jeff B was awesome. He is very knowledgeable, has a great personality and gave us excellent service and tips. We will always call H J Faust for any heating & air issues. He got to us before his shift ended so it saved us money. All around excellent people to work with. Tara called back promptly. We were able to get things set up and someone on there way within 15 minutes. We called at 3:45 pm. Over all service was superb.
Chris an Colin were both very professional friendly and their workmanship was excellent. Chris fully explained the operation and care of the whole system including the latest tech thermostat, which is amazing with all the information it provides. Our experience with Riley and Will at H J Faust was great! They installed a new furnace, AC and thermostat control and exceeded our expectations in professionalism and how quickly they worked to get it done.
