Our experience with HJ Faust was excellent from start to finish. They were the only company out of 3 I called to even get back to me. They were friendly and prompt. Jeff Brutlag just finished servicing our furnace. EXCELLENT job, clean, knowledgeable, on time. All good. While doing routine maintenance Jeff noticed an error message and manually tested the component to verify there was a problem. Sure enough we needed a new pressure gauge. So glad he noticed. Not only did he prevent a future shutdown, but replacing this part also saved a larger repair later.
