Every year, Lennox partners with local HVAC dealers like H.J. Faust to bring comfort and hope to families who have given so much to their communities. Through the Feel the Love program, volunteers come together to provide a free HVAC system installation to a deserving household — creating more than just warmth, but a powerful reminder of what community really means.
This year, we’re proud to celebrate the Rummler family of Burlington, Wisconsin, a family who has spent decades shaping young lives and inspiring those around them.
Meet the Rummler Family
For over 35 years, Mr. Rummler has been a cornerstone of Burlington, serving as a teacher and coach. Alongside his wife, Stephanie — also a teacher with over 30 years of service — they’ve poured their time, energy, and hearts into this town.
Together, they raised their three children — Daniel, Ben, and Katie — here, watching them grow up surrounded by Burlington’s supportive community before all three went on to attend the University of Wisconsin.
“Teaching and coaching have given me the chance to work with incredible students and families,” said Mr. Rummler. “I’ve always enjoyed seeing young people grow and succeed.”
When they aren’t in the classroom or on the field, the Rummlers love staying active — biking, hiking, golfing, and traveling whenever they can. Their home is full of memories of raising children, hosting friends, and being part of the community they’ve dedicated their lives to.
Why Burlington Matters
For the Rummlers, Burlington isn’t just where they live — it’s who they are.
“Burlington has always been more than just a place to live,” Rummler explained. “This is where Stephanie and I built our careers, raised our kids, and formed lifelong friendships. There’s a true sense of pride and togetherness in this town, and it’s special to know that generations of students and families are connected through shared experiences here.”
That deep connection is why Feel the Love is so impactful. It’s about neighbors lifting up neighbors — a tradition Burlington has always embraced.
The Gift of Comfort
The Rummlers’ home heating system was aging, unreliable, and becoming a source of stress. Through Feel the Love, the H.J. Faust team installed a brand-new Lennox HVAC furnace, giving the family peace of mind and the security of knowing their home will stay safe and warm for years to come.
“It means comfort and peace of mind,” said Rummler. “Knowing that our home will be warm and safe for years to come is such a blessing. It alleviates the worry of unexpected repairs and allows us to focus on enjoying time with family and friends. More than just a furnace, it feels like a gesture of kindness and appreciation from the community we love.”
