Congratulations to our 2018 “Feel The Love” winner, Jim Pella. Jim is a lifelong Burlington resident (graduate of ’69 from Burlington High School). He served our country as a Marine in Vietnam and has been an avid supporter of community programs and businesses.
Six years ago Jim was in a motorcycle accident that had a dramatic effect on his life. He lost one leg and suffered other trauma that he lives with today. Working hard to adjust to this major change, Jim continues to have a positive attitude.
Last year Jim’s 18 year old furnace showed it’s age and needed a number of repairs. This year Jim was hoping to just make it through winter with heat. This new furnace will enable Jim to heat his home, worry-free, for many years to come.
